Gratefulness in action

This morning one of the many newsletters that crosses my email, brought to my attention that if we were truly grateful for what we received and the favours that others show us, we would return the favour.

So for the next week, make it your aim to show your gratefulness in action to the universe and the person who bestowed you the favour or gift by returning it in like to someone else who might be in need. In this way you are not just saying you are thankful, but showing it in action.
