Words have meaning when you STOP and think about the way we describe everything in our lives from our feelings to the weather it is all based in the reality of the world within which we live.
Red, for example, is a color, which is significant to most if not all red-blooded animals on the planet.
The most important part of understanding how much our words do have meaning is to realize how much of the information we receive daily is absorbed directly into the subconscious mind and never processed on a higher level. When we express ourselves in the negative the subconscious processes that information in RED; negative information signals the brain to pay attention. That is why it is easier to believe something bad than some thing good.
Here is the challenge.
I want you to look at the image above. Do you see the symbol for infinity?
Focus on that symbol, now look around you, look at all of the things within the space you now perceive as your reality and allow your mind to find that symbol.
Your subconscious has just been programmed to look for that symbol and now I am going to give you a challenge. The next time you find that symbol, you may NOT think of anything positive.
And that is how you train your mind to think in terms of the positive.
