Day 16 of the Season For Nonviolence: "Gratitude"

Greetings, family!

Today is Saturday, February 14 (Happy V-day everybody!!), and our word for the day is, "Gratittude."

Today's exercise: I will list five things for which I am grateful and share these good things with another, then reflect on who and what made those experiences possible. I will write a "thank you" note to someone who would least expect me to thank them. I'll journal about my feelings with regard to this.

Today: "Today, I make a conscious effort to smile at someone whom I have held a grudge against."
