Day 9 of the 12th annual Season For Nonviolence: "Dreaming"

Today is Saturday, February 7 (my daughter's 24th birthday, BTW--happy birthday, Sasha!!!!!!), and the word for today is "Dreaming."

Martin Luther King, Jr. had a great dream. Follow your dream; follow your heart; follow your inner light.

Today's activity: I take ownership of my own dream for peace and nonviolence. I will write my dream down and act on at least one thing that will help honor my dream today.

Today's affirmation: "Today, I live in the present moment and release the past."
