Druid Prayer for Spring Equinox

Spring equinox is celebrated by druids every where, so Earth Children have put this event together for people to join in as if at a druid ceremony. First off, once in a circle at a druid ceremony they call the Quarters. This is where the druid taking the ceremony calls the directions one at a time, is there peace in the north, the repose is yes there is peace in the north……. This carries on till all four directions are called, this is included this in the following prayer.

PEACE PRAYER

We ask spirit for peace in our hearts, peace in the north.
We ask spirit for peace in the east, and peace in the south.
We ask spirit for peace in the west, so we can rest.
We ask for the end of hostility between our brothers, and sisters may they find peace.
May people of the world feel the warmth of spirit as they come close.
May they feel gods love in their hearts.
May we all receive healing from the holy spirit.
Gods will be done.
Amen

Ancestors, grant us your Protection,
And in your Protection, Strength,
And in Strength, Understanding,
And in the Understanding, Knowledge,
And in the Knowledge, the Knowledge of Justice,
And in the Knowledge of Justice, the Love of it,
And in the Love of it, the Love of all Existences,
And in the Love of all Existences, the Love of the Ancestors and all things good.
So may it be.

at this point a talking stick would be past around the circle, as we can't pass one around we would like anyone taking part to forward this prayer.
