A truly sensual attitude is one where we are continuously and consciously aware of our five senses: touch, taste, hearing, sight and smell. The principle of unity through our senses invites us to live in the present with all our being. When we are sensually awake, the extension of our senses rid us of the illusion of separateness and serves as a vehicle to connect us to our environment.
