Although my intention was to put up a blog every day this year, the universe conspired to give me more time to spend away from the internet ;-) and more time on studying Naam Yoga, which is very powerful combination of universal kabbalah teachings and kundalini yoga. It will be for another time to explain the changes that it has set in motion and how it helped during surgery and recovery.
I needed to break (literally and physically) out of my daily routine in order to not just intend to live a more mindful life, but also really live it and not to fall back into the old routine when all the stimuli are in place, like checking online communities and networks every day.
I'll be around, but not every day. I'll take each online community for what it is to me: a great opportunity to feel connected to people who share one or more desires, dreams, hobbies and insights, people I woudn't have known or heard of even 10 years ago, before broadband, flatfee internet took off. This is the great gift in a time when real meets virtual, in a time when reality is often to painful and hard to grasp, impossible to understand.
In peace and light
