Many of you grew up as very aware sensitive children.

As you read this, sit in a comfortable position, use every sense you have. Feel your breathing in your chest, face, mouth , throat its just a matter of paying attention to them. You have another faculty you use all the time ...your ability to sense energy, you do it all the time whether your aware of it or not. The more you can become aware of other peoples energy, the more aware you can become of your own inner guidance.

You can sense energy to the degree your heart is open and loving. As you tune into others, open your heart and embrace them with the thought of love, not criticism. If you are in a difficult situation, broadcast love . Love heals and protects you. Your imagination is a most powerful energy sensing tool.

When you are feeling depreciated, angry, or drained, it’s a sign that other people are not open to your energy. If you want a healing connection with others, know how much to give and how much to receive.

Who am I? The question who am I? is important, for without knowing who you are, you cannot clearly sense or interpret the energy around you. To know who you are, you need to find stillness, stop, go within and listen. Make a commitment to yourself, Making a commitment to yourself means listening to your feelings from moment to moment and acting on what is right for you in present time. In knowing your own energy, you are able to sense energy that is not yours and decide to receive it or direct it around you depending on its vibration. Your sensitivity is a gift and by being still and becoming aware of the energy around you, you will be able to know your true essence and nurture your positive vibrations to be of assistance to others. Thus in assisting others, you assist yourself by lifting the vibration of the whole.

May you know and love your energy and increase the positive energy around you for the benefit of mankind.
