Poverty is not part of the culture of peace - system degeneration as part of dysfunction of Global Capitalism version 1.01

"The no formula for peace:"

The world`s income distribution give a very telling story. 95% of the world income goes to 40% of the population while 60 % of people live on only 6% of world income. Half of the world population lives on 2 dollar a day. Over 1 billion people live on less than a dollar a day. This is no formula for peace! "
Muhammad Yunus, The Nobel Prize Lecture

What is the formula for peace outside the global monetary system that we have today?

Economical segregation and a capitalistic apartheid system are threats to peace. What do we do?

The aim of this discussion is to get as many as possible to understand that we have to included all human beings in the new monetary systems that evolve on the planet. It is a human right to live out of poverty.

"The frustration, hostility and anger generated by poverty cannot sustain peace in any society. For building stable peace we must find ways to provide opportunities for peopel to live decent lives"
Muhammad Yunus, The Nobel Prize Lecture

How can we make sure that the leaders of tomorrow - the youth and the children of today - understand and sustain a system that takes this into account?

The core value of "no to poverty" should be a branded concept like Coca Cola - covered like a carpet of accepted reality around the world - in peoples head.....

The change coming from grassroot movement of ordinary people, like this community on ning, is the same needed energy that humanity can use to create the version 2.02 of global capitalism - get people around the world to talk about, to question, to not accept - poverty as normal and as something you are born with! Changes starts in our heads and in our dreams. Get the dream of no-poverty into people`s head! How do we do it? How de we have "a war" on man made structures that we no longer should accept?

With this blog I invite you all to connect with the blog related to micro finance and banking of the poor - a movement and a push into the new version of capitalism - yes, caplitalism version 1 has created wealth, but an apartheid system of accepting that too many people are excluded and a distribution of wealth not working. This segregation has to stop and be included into the Future of Caplitalism. If you like to join and to follow the process of Future Capitalism, get connected and join Future Capitalism on ning.

Ideas of how to get all peace communities in the world to accept the value of "no poverty" - and yes, to the acceptance of we all have the rights to sustain our lives and to flourish.

WE have a misconceptual adjustment to correct. How can we do this? Hope you have time to comment on the blog with you thoughts!

I found your post very interesting and agree with you on the issue of poverty. Extreme inequality leads to conflicts.
The capitalist system we have had until now, is quite unsustainable. The main objective of super capitalism is the accumulation of wealth and creating ever more profits for a select few, while having total disregard to humanity, environment and our habitat. In other words, profits are generated through complete habitat destruction.
The system is wrong and destructive to all living things on earth. It's only imperative is to maximize profits.
I think the problem lies with those whom have accumulated wealth. The elite global rulers will do everything in their power to defend this status quo. Including manipulating the masses, diverting their attention from this fact. History shows this fact time after time.
Usually the diversion is instilling fear and hatred towards some ethnical group, usually based on religion or/and ethnicity. Masses are manipulated into defending the interest of the rulers only.
The only viable solution I can think of is EDUCATION. Not the regular institutionalized education where one is able to perform vocational tasks, but the ability of critical thinking.
Only then will "the people" be able to stand up to, and defend oneself of, the manipulation of the ruling elite.
The idea of micro finance and banking for the poor is great. But sometimes I feel this concept, like all other beneficial projects, is like "draining the pool with the tap open". Poverty and equality will remain, unless something is done about the IMF and the World Bank. They have set regulations and rules in order to keep the poor poor. Countries dependant on the above instituations (through loans taken and the conditions regarding the loans) will never acquire a worthy infrastructure, which is needed to alleviate poverty. Many conflicts are fueled by major corporate traders. The traders pay for the extration of resources in guns and arms.
Micro finance is fine, but I still think one should grab the problem by it's neck. As long as that does not happen, we are heading steadfast towards more misery.

core value of creation of wealth and distribution of wealth - we have to solve our core value to money to be able to move and to live a culture of peace?
