Recording speed Supplements: Fast, but not the most fastest
In Part I, we can see that Supplements are used to a greater extent in the muscles than other amino acids that have multiple other tasks. Because BCAA's do not need to be edited in the liver, they are also more quickly available in the bloodstream than other amino acids or longer chains of protein ("oligopeptides"), which must first be broken down. However, this is no reason to buy Supplements. The fastest way to get amino acids in the blood, is using hydrolyzed protein. These are proteins which have already been added, the enzymes that will cause in the body for the cutting up of the long chain of amino acids in the shorter chains and free amino acids. This makes this already partly done before you take the protein making this time can be saved once in the body. Especially the chains of two and three amino acids, "di- and tri-peptides", the fastest, either because they are recorded under a separate transport system [1-4].
Di and tripeptides are more efficiently absorbed than free amino acids-which in turn are better absorbed than oligopeptides.

The fastest way to get so amino acids in the blood, is hydrolyzed protein such as casein hydrolyzate DSM PeptoPro® or whey hydrolyzate as Optipep.
Amount of Supplements between complete protein and loose Supplements compared
The faster, hydrolyzed protein containing all twenty amino acids including the Supplements. You can then ask what is the added value of Supplements. If the recording is no reason still remains the dosage per amino acid that you ingest.
