Your smile and the beautiful Peace of art you've sent me cheered me up and I appreciate it. If we could join all the positive vibrations and the hopes of people like you I'm sure we could do better. We're passing difficult times in Israel but feel united together and believe that the situation after this war will (hopefully) end up will be better for both sides.
Hi Phil Yes I painted the VW there is a story that goes with it but I will blog that later. I would love to cross the pond and paint a car, I am currently in a deep freez and when spring comes then I will ride the Groovycool peace bus again. Its a nice little camper I bought it from a newzelander who had bought it from an american. the american drove back and forth from California to Alaska several times, wrapping the oddometer 4 times, the newzelander bought it when he was touring Canada and tripped from the west coast to the east coast and all through the Yukon and the North West Territories. I bought it and have been driving it all over Alberta and British Columbia since 1996 give or take a few mile I have wrapped the odomometer three times and am looking forward to the New Year I figure I am about 16 000 miles short of a million miles and will mark that with a grand celibration. the bus was painted in 96 and I touch it up every spring and fall. tremclad rust paint and a brush. Hope your New Year is peace filled and positive

I am also sad about this war in Gaza. It is the year of the cow, a peaceful, loving and nurturing friend. lets hope that the New Year will bring these virtuous qualities to all
It is with great pleasure that I extend my hand to you in this network for PEACe. There should more friends, specially from Israel, others of Jewish faith from other countries as well as those from the neighbouring countries, joining this network so that PEACE is secured in the Middle East.
Wish you and your loved ones a healthy, successful, happy, prosperous and peaceful New Year.
Thank you for your comment. It is amazing how easily people forget issues unless they are in the media or in some kind of crisis. It really starts with the neighberhood and awareness. Tomorrow there is a festival in Miyazaki on an small island that has a shrine. There will be music, art, healing, food kids corners ect... and finally we will hold hands and make a circle around the island. It is a charity for mental health project in this prefecture as this prefecture has the most suicides in Japan... hard to believe....such a warm beautiful climate, flowers, food, festival, but high unemployment ect.... anyway....keep in touch Phil and peace and watm wishes to you.
