Love is always present, in the world, in nature, in us. What changes is our realisation of it.
Sending you a heartful smile from nature, dear Jaimal.
love without end, Sandavala

P.S: Sending you an excerpt from my impulse text on stillness:
"Similar to a surfer on the wave of life, that can't be deedless nor act beyond the surfboard,
neither look back nor far ahead without loosing the balance in life,
nor stopping to stand up again after a downfall (in order not to be washed away by the mainstream),
neither swim against the holy flow of life without getting tired of it,
so also man has to devote oneself to the tides.

In such an inner an outer tune one can
create and handle every daring feat of surfing through life,
accomplish every expression of oneself even during challenging waves,
and enjoy one's blissful life in the light of the warming sun."

Hi Jaimal,
Thanks for the invite. I'm glad to connect with people who share the same interests and ideas. Yes, I practise yoga and it is an essential thing for me. I'm glad you are an animal lover too. I saw you are a writer, which has made me curious. Literature is part of my life. At the moment I'm terribly busy with work and my thesis, but I'll drop you a line soon. Will be looking forward to hearing from you.
A big smile from Paula

ps, i live on a great surfing beach here in Japan, i think the surfers can have a strong voice with beach cleans and keeping our shores natural and free. The surfriders fondation is small but active here too. cheers

And I love your smile!!!
Please, tell me more about your book experience - the actual putting it together, ease or difficulty with an editor....I think I may, perhaps, maybe be getting enough courage about making one.......
just want to get ideas you have about it...

Pretty neat things here - are you originally from SF? I am from LA but live in Italy. Like your humour in your drawing of the saltwater Budha.

So sorry to become your friend just as I am leaving the site. I am having many computer problems and my computer locks with almost every page I look at.

Good luck with iPeace -- I think it is doing very good work, and is a great promise for the future.
