t’s important, of course, to find a place where we feel safe enough to share our innermost feelings. On that note, have you come across an organisation called Changing Faces? It helps the people around the world, who have some sort of disfiguring condition by offering counselling services, workshops and events that enable people to meet others with similar experiences. This may not be your thing, but perhaps a meditation group might appeal. There’s an excellent nationwide organisation called Brahma Kumaris, which offers free courses in meditation, self-esteem and positive thinking. My personal experience is that reaching out and connecting helps to put a stop to our fearsome feelings of isolation and loneliness. It may seem counterintuitive, but the best way to love and accept ourselves is by loving and accepting others.
Uriel I am thrilled for you that you wrote this little story. If you need anyone to help push you, just ask!! It looks though as though you are on the road....looking up at what you have written here above. Good luck

Love is always present, in the world, in nature, in us. What changes is our realisation of it.
Sending you a heartful smile from nature, dear Uriel.

a bujew is a combination of a buddhist and a jew! ...lol .... buddhism embraces change and non attachment as intrinsic to life and to our own individual spiritual path.

Hi Uriel,
Thank you for sharing your words of wisdom. I agree, if we are to find peace in our lives, we must first find peace inside ourselves. If we can love and accept ourselves exactly the way we are, including our "shadow side", we can open possibilities for change. It's the same with our world. First we must come to terms with "what is" letting go of judgment and resistance. What we resist will persist. Our judgments rob us of our own inner peace. Compassion helps us accept ourselves and others, and is the foundation upon which world peace can be built.

Thank you for being peace in action. For focusing on the aspects of peacefulness and for sharing what you learn.
I look forward to hearing more of your thoughts.
So are you well there? Do you think things will be getting better soon? I have always had a real sadness in my heart because of the troubles there.
Hope that you having fun sharing and learning and growing! Life is good when we are centered, with peace in our hearts.
Peace and Unity, Robert

אתה היום במצב שעמך מואשם בחוסר הגינות ויותר מכך, דומני שסרטון שכזה שמציג איזון בריא יותר אינו אמור להפריע לך. צר לי אם הדבר הפריע לך
