The nuns were lovely but I never allowed anybody to tell me what to believe - I just listened to what they had to say and then I made my own mind up! I have, however, always had a strong belief!
When I grew up, I met a group of spiritual people that had 2 simple beliefs that impressed me - they aspired to be unconditionally loving and non-judgemental
(notice I say aspired to be) and I thought this was a wonderful way of being!
