Jim, Yes truth is hard to find at times but always everywhere and in everything. If we stay open to the 't' we will find it. I spent years in north Sami country in Scandinavia and I see you were on travel time too. Thanks for the invite and lets keep chatting. Grace

Talking about meditations for pain. I was an RN in the US and Canada and quit because of all the drug therpies. I have been practicing many healing arts for 33 years. I have developed 6 healing and recovery cds - and one is for Pain and low esteem because they seem to always go together...All my guided meditation cds use my healing trance voice, breathwork, true stories and 1,000 year OLD vibrational Healing MBIRA music. A percentage of sales from my cds also go to the Portland, OR,- MBIRA community and some to Zimbabwea where the ancient anscestor healing and message music came from.
