Dear A, I m sorry to tell you, there is no legal enforcement between Nations either there at the UN , or anywhere. There is a declaration, and lately the 2002/3 Statute of Rome. but, my good friend , I sadly find that we live in the same criminal world as ever. Real Politique, and provocations, within which I class 9/11 and, now. Mumbai, rule.

The vaunted concept of 'international law' is utterly meaningless. Of course, this must be changed, and the strange thing is that the 'criminality' itself paves the way for its own destruction, for we move inexorably towards that responsibility or accountability of personal actions directly as a result of the criminal overlords' provocations. Just as WWII led to our ability here to communicate, the latest provocational wars will , strangely , free us. Ciau ( :-jx)
