actually i think that one might "expect" for David to have some explaining and/or apologies to make..I can understand where its coming from. But communication does not mean demanding apologies- but opening up..letting the Other know your feelings..(betrayal? hurt? etc) and opening up to his weakness as well..and perhaps problems that require empathy rather than collision course politics.

anyway..that is life, isn't it. Thank G-d no one is getting killed over it here..as we and they are in real life.

Its when we separated from from nature that we lost something important. One of my 'Bibles' is a book by Tom Brown Jr. called The Vision. Its about a boy who learned his world view from an Apache scout he called Grandfather. If you sit quietly in a forest, you can begin to actually 'talk' to the living things around you. Its hard to explain rationally, but suffice it to say that wild animals used to come by a LOT. Birds, (rare ones) mongoose mothers and their young, even fish and sea turtles. I was once 'mobbed' by a pond full of turtles at our Sea Life Park. That book puts you into a great spiritual groove. It comes and goes, but you're always aware of this new reality.

Oh and the skulking puppet...I think reminding a puppet about its bed time will make it go to bed. Hahaha! So easy...that's a good obedient little marionette.

I missed the ceremony because of parking and not being able to find ticket machine that was not out of order, what has London come to these days when you can not find a working ticket machine that charges £1 for 15 minuets?
