About your question about meditation: I started practicing Falun Dafa (also known as Falun Gong) when living in Sweden about 9 years ago. It really is a very wonderful meditation practice, and persons who practice it regularly find it brings them better health, reduced stress and inner peace... (which is so needed in today's world)...

It is practiced in over 60 countries in the world, and also in Spain and Madrid. I used to go to Parque Retiron every Sunday to do the exercises and meditation :-) A good way to get more familiar with the practice is to look at the website www.falundafa.org where you can download the introduction book "Falun Gong", and also the main book "Zhuan Falun" for free (also in Spanish). The introductory book also explains the exercises and meditation.

In short, the practice consists of two parts: teachings that are based on the universal principles of truthfulness, compassion and tolerance, and the exercises that include four tai-chi looking standing gentle exercises, and one sitting meditation. On the website one can also actually see /learn the exercises and meditation but the best is till to have someone teach them to you in person. If you are interested I can always give you the phone number to some of my friends who practice it there!
