I saw your shout message "I surrender' and remembered when I used to think that was what the answer was...and I looked in the Concordance of ACIM and no where, anywhere could I find the word in ACIM, period...so I said, hmmm, what does this mean...and then I found Jesus using the word 'relinquish' instead of surrender...since apparently surrender is not of God, but a spiritual ego term used to keep us in the powerlessness, rather than claiming our true Indentity in Him, and ceasing to worship other gods before him...just thougt I'd share my experience with the idea of surrender, and what I found out...hmmm ....'I can attack but my own sinlessness and it is only that which keeps me safe'....
