Civil Rights Activist March Against Prop 8 in San Francisco
Proposition 8 in California required a state constitutional amendment which defined marriage as an agreement between a man and a woman. The public initiative was fueled by money from out of the state. Civil Rights Lawyers are now suing to repeal the proposition on the basis that it was a misuse of the public intiative process.
This video demonstrates the willingness of civil rights activists to continue their fight.
