I have to delete from our team members who never worked in welcome
were deleted: Harry, Rajesh Dhary, Buguslaw and Cristian...

They are no longer there. I did not do anything. Before deleting inactive members, as a courtesy, we should warn them. I don't know whether you did that. :-)

I am pleased that you have taken charge. Someone had to.

With new members, we must give them time to see whether and how they settle in. All of us were new members once. :-)

Dear friends, sorry for the mulit message, but I wanted you read what I wrote to the Ipeace admins. Your thoughts are encouraged, please respond/comment at will. :-)

Dear Ipeace admins.

I have expressed concerns and also have posed questions which remain unanswered.

There are a few of us whom have had the same experience.

Don't get me wrong, I love Ipeace, It is just that I would really like to see some features added and some others augmented.

I have yet to really seek after answers to some of the tougher questions.. For now I just want to know; who is flying this thing? Do we need more fuel? Did the pilots go down to the cargo area for a smoke? Where are we exactly? :-)

Hope you understand... I have seen many people leaving and few explanations. I want to see the numbers jump like they used to.... This Site must grow or it will languish in mediocrity.

I don't know who is running this, even though they say they have many administrators and I know that Linda, who made up this group is no longer around and this rule about only working 1-2 hours a day Welcoming is stupid imho, as Our job is to Welcome and what does it matter who does it, especially now when the amount of new members has slowed down most of the time and last but not least, "Where Is Our Suggestion Forum" and "Why Was It Deleted" Caring for iPeace & the Welcoming of New Members, Al

Dear Al and All

First, I share Robert's concerns. Many people here do. One reason for some of the general issues is that some people felt and feel that their contributions are not valued or are just not needed. .

Let's just limit this to the Welcome Team's issues.

Yes I went out for an hour and forgot sign out. So what?

In the early days the Welcome Team was dominated by one or two people who did not give new blood a chance to breath and do their stuff responsibly.

= Do you want to do all the welcoming Hippy Al? If not, please mke allowences for others.

= Are you always around?

= Do you not make any mistakes?

= How do we build and maintain a team if one person does all the work and covers everyone's snaffus?

Please look through the wall entries Al, For a few days you were not around. Various people loked in and picked up the ball, and did their bit. It seems that when you're around there is no need for others. Why should others stay here in the Welcome Team?

Please remember that I did not like the idea of banning members from the team for stated and unstated reasons as was the previous practice. That is why I reinstated all banned members INCLUDING you Hippy Al.
