The description given in the topic's graphic seems like something Master Yoda would say in Star Wars! Well done GP.
He would probably word it a bit differently. Please allow me to add my thoughts to this:
Violence is a vicious circle that’s only broken via love.
Fear is never the best response in any situation as it’s an illusion resulting from a belief in separation. The monster is a manifestation of fear not the cause.
Fight or flight is only the appropriate response for beings which are less "self-conscious" than humans. For humans, the appropriate response is love, i.e. the radiation of oneness with the attacker and of the truth that the attacker is only harming itself.
Ideally, there is no war and the issues are resolved peacefully through diplomacy. But if one party is bent upon creating war, then the weak must be defended out of love for them and for the attacker because it’s the honourable thing to do.
Defending is not the same as not attacking as you may not attack and also not defend. Defending is not the opposite of attacking. It is protecting the attacker from hurting himself.
The best form of defence is to absorb the energy of the attacker and dissipate it away without it hurting anyone or to direct the flow of energy so that it gets dissipated naturally. In the process, part of the energy may get reflected back onto the attacker simply because the energy does need a point to get dissipated at.
Power does not corrupt but the fear of losing it does; power must not be abused.
Control can never lead to peace. It is compassion, respect and wisdom that lead to peace.
If you run straight into your attacker then both of you will get hurt. Slowing down the relative velocity between the two of you will reduce the impact and allow you to become more skilled at the art of dodging.
Say, you have an object coming straight at you that is intended to hurt you. If you actually match the velocity of the object, then the object would not hurt you at all. This is what is meant by becoming one with the opponent, i.e. resonating with him and letting the energy be appropriately dissipated.
