"It’s a simple idea really. There are over a billion women living in extreme poverty and there are millions of women on the internet. By connecting women who care with women in need, we can transform the
world together."

THE HEART OF WOMEN FOR A CHANGE.

This is where women from all over the world come to inspire and share together, focusing on developing positive solutions to women’s issues. Where we work together to further the WFAC vision.

“A balanced world where women are empowered, and where all women are treated equally, positively, and with respect.”

THIS IS WOMEN FOR A CHANGE

  • Women for a Change is about changing world values through transcending cultural, social, religious, political & economic barriers.
  • It’s about new ways of working - sharing knowledge, experience and skills.
  • It’s about new ways of finding solutions – in an inspiring, uplifting space.

The first stage is to connect, so that together we can support and empower.

THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO BE INVOLVED

  • You might like to start by joining some of our social groups and getting to know the women here.
  • As soon as you feel inspired, there are many projects you can become involved in.

Thank you for sharing this, Ronit.
How wonderful to be singing beautiful feminine healing songs to such an audience. Here at Women for a Change we love to hear from women musicians and singers. Music can be so empowering and it would be fantastic to get women's voices more out there into the world.
And when music is used for healing.. Wonderful!
As you say, we all have such creative, healing powers within us and we shouldn't be shy about knowing this and talking about it!

Wishing you all a beautiful, joyful life,
Love to all,
Chris

Just got back home after performing at the opening of an art exhibition, with works by 13 women artists in Tel Aviv.
It was really great singing my feminine healing songs to an audience of art-loving people.
They loved it & I felt once more how much the world is ready for this kind of energy.
We should keep reminding every woman around us that she has this healing power within herself.
We should'nt be afraid to talk about it everywhere we go.

THIS IS HOW WE ARE CREATING PEACE!

I wish all of you a beautiful life. Good night.
LOVE
Ronit.

An, on the other hand, if we come across as feminine (as oppose to mannish) we're often not taken seriously as 'feminine' values often don't hold much sway in the world!

Hi Jean,
Very many thanks for this!

I particularly enjoy this one!!! :):):)
When men are scared of a woman, they always accuse her of being mannish.
~Elizabeth Aston, The Second Mrs. Darcy, 2007

But actually i do so agree with Margaret Fuller - male and female are two sides fo the great radical dualism.
Both are essential!
But I do feel sure we need to work for more of a balance in the world. Until women everywhere are empowered, this will not be the case. (and men, too, but women tend to know best how to empower women :) )

I hope you're all having a wonderful weekend

Blessings
Chris :)

A pleasant Saturday to you, ladies!

Here are a few quotes and an image I thought you might enjoy ~

Thanks to all the Phenomenal Women in my Life~!

Male and female represent the two sides of the great radical dualism. But in fact they are perpetually passing into one another. Fluid hardens to solid, solid rushes to fluid. There is no wholly masculine man, no purely feminine woman.
~ Margaret Fuller (1810 - 1850), Woman in the Nineteenth Century, 1845

Each individual woman's body demands to be accepted on its own terms.
~Gloria Steinem (1934 - ), O Magazine, May 2004

When she stopped conforming to the conventional picture of femininity she finally began to enjoy being a woman.
~Betty Friedan (1921 - 2006)

When men are scared of a woman, they always accuse her of being mannish.
~Elizabeth Aston, The Second Mrs. Darcy, 2007

The fact is, sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes. That's why we need really special ones now and then to make the walk a little more fun.
~Jenny Bicks, Sex and the City, A Woman's Right To Shoes, 2003

Women are an enormous creative power. We can use it to change many things, and to make things.
Peace is one of them.
