WELCOOOHMMMMMM

"Your body houses divine light. Your body is the temple of God. The light exists in everything, in all places, and at all times. The more you become conscious of the divine light in your body, the greater you feel about yourself and the greater you feel about the world you live in."

birth and pain? Motherhood and unconditional love....Yes, I think having children helps us become more compassionate people and teaches us how to love unconditionaly so that we can love even those who harm us and realize that they are like us, a human ...

Hi, dear Irina,

I have a daughter, so...I´m a mother! I always say that my life began for real when she was born. It was 11 years ago.
I allways say that we only know the true love, unconditional love, when we have children.
Everything has a right time to happen. If you're not ready now, just wait. But don´t think being a mother only cause pain. It also create the best moments in your life too.
I recommend you became a mother someday. My daughter is the most beautiful gift for me, the most rare jewel, nothing is more important to me that her and for her, every day I try to make a better place to live to all children in a whole world...

Think about that!

hi irina.. thanks sandra for inviting me here..
here a ZENstory for you from my master :

The official Riko once ask Nansen to explain to him the old problem of the goose in the bottle.

"If a man puts a gosling in a bottle and feeds him until he is full grown" said Riko, "how can the man get the goose out without killing it or breaking the bottle."

Nansen gave a great clap with his hands and shouted "RIKO!!!"

"Yes Master" said the official with a start.

"See?" said Nansen "The goose is out!"

Hello to all the members of this group. I am very glad to be part of it. I have practised Swásthya Yoga for a number of years and find it so rewarding! The peace, the wellbeing, the connection between body and soul!
Namaste!
