Dear Everyone
I had a fantastic trip to Boston. My parents and I left last Friday morning and stayed at my brother's place in Arlington. He was gone on a vacation to the Pacific. I'd rather be in the Pacific because of the weather but this was fun, because in a way it was a virtual trip to warmer climates. We stopped for subs at D'Augustino's and I had a delicious meatball and cheese sub. The weather was fairly warm and there was hardly any snow on the ground despite the dire news we had…

Hello Dear Peacemakers,
We invite you to take a moment now to attune to the Peace that is Present:
Focus on your breathing.
Let your body relax, and be aware of the sounds around you.
Whatever you hear, focus on your breath as it moves in and out,
Bringing you into the here and now.
This is where loving and peace reside.
Relax into the loving.
Be aware of peace radiating through you and extending out from you,
To gently hold…

It is possible to be self-nurturing without being self-centered. As I step to the side I offer someone encouragement in their challenging time, I am grateful for the accident I missed and I send Light to those whose names arise in my heart.
People that experience the most depression are also those who are constantly focused on themselves. It is not selfishness but a pothole of the journey of out time. Learning to be independent and responsible presents challenges of balance. It is the…

One day in a dream,
i find myself at the bank of a bay,
i so will remember the time, where the sun floats up the sky,
where from a lake a mist has spread,
where green sea flowers ever grown, where dew on the green leaves spread,
where there is no despair, fear and slavery,
where there is only perfect happiness, hope, love ,truth and liberty.

“Oh, it's just the little homely things,
The unobtrusive friendly things,
The 'won't you let me help you' things,
That make our pathway light;
And it's just the jolly joking things,
The 'never mind the trouble' things,
The 'laugh with me, it's funny'…

also known as Minerva
is in the throws of a wipeout.
Ana, come up for air.

to take a pleasant diversion
and turned it into a nuisance.

Thanks

I would never send my son to war
A war that’s not worth fighting for
Someone else’s battle cry
Won’t take the apple of my eye
Who knows whose hand stirred up this mess
To dig into their spoils no less
Cause all this bloodshed and the pain
For no good reason once again…

Hear the sound of broken, wounded souls crying in the night
Peace be still, oh my brother, peace be still
Feel the emptiness of despair calling forth to end this fight
Peace be still, oh my brother, peace be still
See the flash of thunder blazing through the smoky skies
My mother's home has turned to rubble right before my eyes
Why have they come to hurt us and to terrorize
I did not do this wrongful…

Far beyond the mountaintops and high above the plains
Between the earth and evergreen on lowly field's remains
There lies within the soul of man a deep residual song
A never ending melody resounding all day long
It echoes through the winds of change it's heard beyond the vale
Passed on between the fathers and taught to newborn male
A battle-cry of justice a hymn to heaven above
No matter where you hear it you'll know the…
