My long respons to "Learn to live as one in all Paradise on Earth" in the group, Paradise on earth?

I think your English language is beautiful.
It is not the words I seek, but the understanding of what is said with them (smiles)

I find greater peace within, results from understanding, learning, and growing.

As a very young child I was building a model airplane (the kind that a person could fly).
I could not get the fabric that was to cover the wings, to stay on.
I tried and tried and failed.
In my frustration, I smashed the model and called it stupid.

Then my father showed me how to do it correctly on a part that was left,
and bought me another model.

What was learned from that, was more than just how to cover the wing of a model airplane.
But that it was not the model that was stupid, it was I.
My anger and frustration, was born from really really wanting to make that airplane,
desperately trying to figure out how to do it, and my failure, was taken out on the model.

Having learned, what it was I was supposed to learn,
I built another model, and it flew.

And the next time I became frustrated with something?
I did not take it out on the material thing, animal or human.
I sought to learn what it was, I clearly did not know.

I too have lived many many years in the wilds,
starting as a child, my life depended on my ability to live away from all humans.

The earth was my teacher,
the animals my instructors,
I did not grow up learning human ways,
but more natural ones.

In the garden of Paradise,
if I harvested the biggest and the best berries, and at those,
each year I would come back to the same spot and there would be fewer,
and worse looking berries.

So I "STOPPED" taking the best of the fruits of my wild garden,
And planted those in places it looked like they may like to grow.
And each year, my wild garden became more bountiful.
As I accepted the worst, but returned the best unto it.

This I also do with friend and foe.
Accept them at their worst, but return to them their best,
and provide that environment for them to grow in the best of who they are.
I seek not to point out what is wrong with them, and be a reminder of that.
problems with others are easy to see and point out,
but that only seems to make them grow.
If I see a problem with another,
I am not the wise one to point it out to them, when chances are they too already know,
that they may try to defend the problem because they know they are not bad,
but dont know how to fix it.

Nor have I helped them do so,
so if I see a problem with my friend, instead of pointing that out in them,
I seek to offer them a solution.
and try not to tell them to do it, but do it myself and let them see.

I once joined many, protesting a nuclear power plant construction site.
When it occurred to me I was doing the same thing...
And that my time would be more wisely spent, if I came up with a solution,
rather than simply pointing out a problem.

I find it hard to tell the world to change....
I am the world, so rather than dictate to it how to live,
dictate to myself how I should live.

Such as to stop paying others, to generate nuclear waste,
then complain because they did what I paid them to do.

I do not like gasoline, the burning of it, the drilling for it, the stealing from next generations.
So I make myself learn more correct ways to travel.

If fear is an obstacle to change, as I see so many pages here hold as an issue....
fear is like walking in the darkness, you cant see if your next step is solid ground? Or the edge of a cliff?
Knowledge, of a path, is then lighting the way, and the cause of that fear has no reason anymore.

If I am to change,
this means not doing what is familiar to me,
but doing what is not.

So in order to change without fear,
I seek to first "learn" this new thing I did not know before.
Last year I had no idea how to make a wind generator,
nor even how a generator works,
I needed to change, so I set out to make myself learn
what I needed to know,
and sought to learn all I could learn about how to make my own wind generator.
how they work, why they work, so I would be able to walk in this direction,
without fear but confidence.

So too is the re-building of paradise.
Like walking into a ruined garden,
and by accepting its worst but returning the best for the NEXT generations,
with each harvest it becomes more bountiful,
and my own ability to live, less of a struggle.
once I learn how....

In one religion I have looked into,
Two of what I'm guessing was the first of a new species or subspecies of humans,
TOOK from the fruit of a Tree in the garden,
What was not meant for "them" but for the future.
Taking the best of the fruits of the garden,
does not turn it into Paradise.
Sacrificing those, back to the garden,
does this.
And the sacrifice made is of ourselves, not taking the best, from those who follow.

If as humans we live in a way that is destroying this earth,
rather than smash the model, if we simply learn what the pain is there to teach us,
just as we can destroy the world to survive,
we can also learn to live here so the garden becomes more beautiful and bountiful,
and then humans will not appear so ugly,
but evolve into the beautiful species we really are meant to be, by doing it right.

Each has its place here,
the eagle, the dove, the bison, the whale, the butterfly.
Each of these radiates beauty in being what it is created to be.
No less is the human a beautiful animal
that ADDS to the beauty of this earth by being here,
and is equally a part of nature and its beauty.
IF we can live in a dance, rather than beating up the planet with a hammer.
The difference is only in "learning", a better way.

If you saw me use a wheel and had never seen one before,
and saw me move a huge load with less work,
would you continue to drag your load across the ground?
I would not need to tell you what you are doing is wrong,
nor tell you to get a wheel,
I'd simply need to change my own life,
because global change, starts with the first person.
So the only person I need to tell to change, and grow and learn how to,
is myself.
(makes the job a lot less complicated too!)

Being one of all humans on earth,
I change, and thus how humans live here, has changed.
This would has many humans, rather then tell them all to change,
I change this one, and in so doing, have changed what the total does.
to be that much more at peace with the garden,
and leave it better than I found it,
in exchange and appreciation, for this gift of life.

What I tell others who see this is what wolf taught me....
You can't get ahead of the herd, if your following it.

I am also sorry I strayed from the topic of this discussion so much.
I understand what you are saying perhaps as one who sits in a circle around a stone.
our point of view may be different and what we see could be even different colors and shape,
but by learning from each others point of view, we can better understand the whole picture.
neither one of us "right" or "wrong" about the shape and color, but together increase our knowledge,

I view humans as animals, I am an animal.
I often sense that most humans do not see themselves,
as part OF all life on earth, but somehow seem to feel they are separate from it.

If I am feeling anger, when I try to do a painting or work of art,
the work done seldom reflects peace.
I must have peace within, while I work for the art to then reflect that.

If I hold that I am not an animal, but separate from this earth,
then that is what my works reflect as I build my world around me that I may have food warmth and shelter.

I am part of this earth.
I am part OF the life force that began millions of years ago.
I am part of this planet.
I am part of this universe.
I am aware that I exist.
I am, the universe, aware of its own existence.

I am part OF all life, all of the cosmos, all space and all time.
I am part of infinity.

This to me, seems a bit more real,
and more beautiful and dynamic
than to tell myself I am separate from it all.
If I hold this in my heart and mind, while I alter the world around me,
then my actions create art, and help to refine the art,
of what it means to be a human.
And to live here, as an art form.
That is part OF the beauty of this earth,
all of life, and adds to the beauty of the whole galaxy I am part of.

My child once asked of me, to teach him how I can travel through time and space.
I had to get him to understand that the first step, is understanding he is already doing so.

He had been taught by others,
to percieve of this world as flat,
that the sun goes up and down,
it, moves across the sky while the ground at his feet stays still.....

That world, to me does not exist.
Nor is that the foundation of my view of the world that I choose to build and add my other perceptions to.

Humans are different, as is an eagle and a turtle.
But as each does as was created for them their place here,
the better they do so, the more beauty and ease with which they can live.

There is something special about humans, no less than a bird can fly.
So if we, as a new species, finish evolving (grow up)
We too then take our place with all life on earth as it was intended.

Nature, the power of that which created all, by any name,
I do not feel "made a mistake" on creating humans,
though I do feel we may have made a mistake, in what we do with our gifts.
No less than I feel it is a mistake,
to give power tools to children.

Rather than give up these tools,
simply learn to use them correctly,
and we make art, rather than destruction.

I did not teach my child how to travel through time and space,
for this same reason, I do not give power tools to children.
But in learning and perceiving of the truth that he was already on this planet,
drifting through time and space,
he learned how to better do so,
by seeing the truth of his own existence.
That these things are a part OF him, not something separate.
So too are we the earth.
We are nature.
Equal to a humming bird, or eagle or porpoise or deer.
Each has its special place, so too do humans.
It is the reason we were created.
No other can change this world as we can.
This does not make it that we are better than all life on earth nor above it.
It means we hold a great responsibility, to more than just ourselves.
to do for all life on earth, what it cannot do, without us.
We are the garden tenders. (just, one persons opinion)

Said as my own perception in agreement with your foundation
for the recreation of Paradise, I agree with the wisdom of this foundation.
Its beauty, and its truth.
Thank you for adding this.
If I am to add to the re-creation of Paradise on earth while I am here.
It helps me to learn how to add to what humans wish to build.
I seek to learn from others so I may help in this building,
much as two people in a canoe, can go farther and faster
if they are paddling,
in the same direction.
