THE UNIVERSE

Cuddled up among great significant stories of war, violence,hunger and persecution, one particular article, with perhaps not as much significance to our world right now; caught my attention: A new Solar System, similar to ours, with a star and three orbiting planets around it, had been captured for the first time in pictures. Astronomers, proudly announced:

"For the first time, we have taken snapshots of a multi-planet solar system, much like ours, orbiting another star."Every extra solar planet detected so far has been a wobble on a graph. These are the first pictures of an entire system."

My mind has not stopped wondering on the immensity of this great universe. Layer upon layer, this infinite, vast universe is unified by laws of perfect order. One that can't be disturbed. I believe we all have a destiny to fulfill, a call in life, a place under this universe and our existence is part of that order. Deepak Chopra says it better:

“There are no extra pieces in the universe. Everyone is here because he or she has a place to fill, and every piece must fit itself into the big jigsaw puzzle.”

I downloaded that picture to my desktop as a reminder of hope. If its all true; and this small particle of dust and matter called MAN has a reason to exist; then, in each one of us lyes the foundation to make a difference, to move forward and be productive in a positive way, without disturbing the laws of the universe, but rather, contributing to maintaining the perfect order of all things.
