I know that hope is a renewable resource.

I appreciate and love good health more everyday.

I love my sons beyond words.

I have learned more about myself through pain than anything else.

I believe in peace and humanity's strivings towards it.

I love growing, cooking and eating great food.

I love living on the west coast and catching a salmon on a summers day.

my tennis raquet, my bike, and my skis are high on my list of belongings.

I read avidly and start to get anxious as I draw near to the end of a good book, hate saying goodbye at the end, and start to agitate about having the next book in hand.

I have just discovered the poet Hafiz and am knocked out by him.

I love my mom and appreciate her more all the time.

I appreciate living in Canada, the freedom, the wilderness, the privileges.

I adore travel and hope to be doing it well into old age.

I have loved deeply, lost agonizingly, and still believe in all the wonder of love.

I appreciate my neighbour who always puts my garbage cans away.

I have experienced great loneliness and have also befriended it.
