What seeds have you sown? Or what's the point?

What you sow today ... maybe tomorrow can be harvested

What is the meaning of everything.
This writing here, for example, Does that make any sense, does it leads to something positive, for the world or to others ...
I have given much thought to that question ... and found the answer to be YES .. not directly related to the changes in the world but good for others and each other. These others are also part of the world and no one knows what role they will play.

I have seen people create marvellous meeting and become sincere friends.
I have seen people open up for the first time and starting a process that can be
”lifesaving” I've seen feelings that have created ”ripples in water” effects, I have seen people create and dare to share their creativity. I have seen the security built into shared relationships ..
I have seen .. :)

NO…The answer would be another day when my mood and my focus is different.
When I see the falsity, the exaggerated and the mask parade. I have seen the conflicts between members, the jealousy and the negative competition I have seen members left out in the cold, since they are seeking for recognition but do not find it…
I have seen…:(

Doesn’t matter. Most of the time I see a big YES, and this little word make it meaningful to be here…
Right or wrong, as long as most of the time it feels meaningful I will be here.. If I will change the world? I do not think so.J Can I saw some seeds? I think absolutely..
Will I see them grow. No …I’m to old…but they will grow anyway they do not need spectators

We can not change the world directly, by writing here, but we can sow some seeds together, and who knows one day when we are long ago gone, these seeds will take root, although we are not there to see the budding plants…
But isn’t that enough only to know… I have to think so…

What is your seed and which plants do you wants to see grow when your eyes are long time closed?

Yes erika let`s motivate each other for creating..We have so much to give but we just have to find the form for it...*smile* and in which context can it be presented?

To Joni I liked that " "Our job is to plant not to force things to grow.." like a wonderful proverb to me.. is it your own words so please add in .our book of proverbs. That saying was really worth saving...*smile*

You just inspired me so much for creating!

For so many years I have felt bad because I created so much "shit" during those years of floating and living an artistic dream.

But now I feel the worth of it again, just creating, cutting gluing coloring with my kids and Gunilla thank You for being here, you mean a lot to US!!

/Erika.

But you who know your bible know that not all our seeds fall on fertile ground. How can we know or is it even important to know?

Thank you Josko
"...My seeds took a fall last night through bars in the prison of God's delight, they are now earthbound memories..." Sounded like poetry to me. What a beautiful sentence...*smile*,

To Hanne What a beautiful comparison between our life-seed and your sunflowers *smile*
Make me think of children to whom we give and caring, but it seems that nothing happens. They do not "grow" as they should in our parents' eyes. But then one day something happens which shows that "all" the whole time was there, it was just the time that was not ripe. We are in such a hurry to see results and get our one selfish reward.
Yes .. your sunflowers have a lot to teach us :).
Thanks Hanne

My seeds took a fall last night through bars in the prison of God's delight, they are now earthbound memories, the story they will tell mother, who pines for the son to arise, but man is too ignorant, too blind, too foolish to understand.

Growing plants can teach us...last year I eagerly purchased 2 packages of sunflower seeds to plant in my garden. I did everything right. The right soil, the right fertilizer...and I watered...and I waitied. And I waited...for these very large 6 foot high flowers to appear! Slowly...slowly...they grew...into very short little sunflowers! I was so disappointed! I had done everything right sowing my seeds and waited the amount of time for them to sprout...what a disappointment! The winter came...then this spring I was amazed to find a new growth that resembled a sunflower leaf! Yes...up sprouted several very large sunflowers without any aid from me. They were magnificent! They are now full of seeds ready to fall to the ground or be eaten by waiting birds and animals! Yes, I planted the original "seed", not in my time, but in "nature's time" the seeds matured. Sometimes it takes time for "seeds" we plant to grow. We need to give them "time" to put down roots before they can "blossom" in someone's life. We can "plant" that original seed...yet, time will tell what impact that act will have. We may never know just what that one simple act brings about! Imagine that sunflower that replanted itself after I was so disappointed! If it were left alone in a field, a hundred years from now that field would be full of sunflowers! All from that one simple act of my "planting" a simple seed! namaste!

To joni. As you say we did not plant in vain...For if so i cannot see any meaning at all..
Knowing that some seeds remain hidden away somewhere waiting for the right food and water for one day, suddenly crawl out of its seed coat and begin to grow, it makes it all worthwhile *smile*

Hallo brian. Glad to see you *smile*

That was beautiful. How typical that the best things are said by those we do not even know the names on ..
But that does not really matter since that doesn`t make their words less true..
Yes I think like him and you ...if we have meant something for a child In positive way we have sowed a seed, and even if we will never live to see the plant in bloom, we made the process possible...
