I just Love Palm Trees especially the picture you sent, I had one once in my yard at another apt. but it couldn't grow due to lack of direct sunlight too many trees in its way, plus I think the oak trees someone said if you try to plant grass or anything under it like I tried it won't grow...the leaves are poisonous to other plants...!
