Barry Lopez, what a great collection of books, thank you for bringing to my attention. What do I do when I am not a Woman Warrior? I try to relax and think of something pleasant and positive. Your photos, I am speechless. Thank you very much for sharing.

Hello there. Thanks for your friendship. I look forward to sharing towards peace with you. Red is for the passion i have for life; Seagull is for my freespirit that is flying high and Hellas is the land that i love so dearly. I love all people and seeing the suffering that others in the world endure, I have realized a long time ago that I am truly blessed thus far. I want to give back to God and life as much as I can and do my share for peace on earth and an end to suffering. Thank you Wolf!
hi Wolf,
thankyou for your comments. Yes, I am missing that beach about now.. It was on the Cayman Islands. Apathy is a strange thing indeed. I know I am guilty of letting myself feel a degree of separation from some of the horrors around the world. Yesterday, I looked at someone's discussion on China's shutdown of people practising a peaceful spiritual meditation practise. There was a graphic photo of someone who had been tortured and I was hit so viscerally by it. I had a sudden feeling of connection and it is both frightening and inspiring.
Hello Wolf,
And thanks for your question about the photo.
It's simply been brought in from a collection of various Buddhist photos on the web... I can't remember where now. For me, it symbolizes the fact that any and all of us can attain Buddhahood in this lifetime.
In Christian terminology, I guess that would mean "Amazing Grace"

Hi Wolf...
thanks for your questions! I don't know the filmmaker you're talking about - sounds interesting! As for what constitutes a ground zero - you're right, we all have our personal ground zero's. Any place or situation that brings us to a crisis point. And there'in lies an enormous possibility for transformation, if we are able to seize it...
Hello Wolf,
I am glad about your invitation. If you're so peaceful as your dog on the photograph, humanity has already won a friend.
I wish you and your loved ones a peaceful New Year. Warm wishes from Switzerland,
Eva
