Monday 10 November 2008 we mourn the death of Miriam Makeba. Hamba Kahle Mama Africa!
As great as the music was that she brought us, her spirit and courage and the contributions that she made to human rights around the world are an even greater testimony to the greatness of Miriam Makeba. She was also an energizing force in the civil rights movement in the USA in the late 1960s. She played a role in making African Americans aware of and proud of their African roots. In her last concert, organized to support writer Roberto Saviano in his stand against the Camorra ("Gomorra") , a mafia-like organisation. at Castel Volturno near Casera, Italy, she sang for Roberto Saviano against camorra and anti-aparthaid for African people in Italy. In his condolence message, former South African president Nelson Mandela said it was “fitting that her last moments were spent on a stage, enriching the hearts and lives of others - and again in support of a good cause.”
Miriam Zenzi Makeba was born in Johannesburg in 1932. Her mother was a Swazi sangoma and her father, who died when she was six, was a Xhosa.

JERUSALEM HUG

Last June 24th approximately 2000 people embraced the Old City of Jerusalem. They walked around the city walls, holding hands and expressing the unity of the Old City. Inhabitants of Jerusalem, Israeli and Palestinians, as well as peace activists from the entire world are standing side by side in their wish for peace and in their love for Jerusalem. The Old City as a whole is a sanctuary and must be a free accessible area in an undivided Jerusalem, as a capital of both Palestine and Israel.

Already for the second time this “Jerusalem Hug” has been realized. Beside Palestinians and Israeli the organization has an international character with thereby an important Dutch input. In 2006 and in 2007 Palestine and Israeli peace activists came to Amsterdam to develop concrete initiatives for peace with each other in order to carry these out in Jerusalem. The “Jerusalem Hug” is set up each year more spectacularly. The intention is to let develop the activities into an all-embracing peace grand finale in 2012, where Palestinians and Israeli will be united in peace for ever.

In 2009, the next “Jerusalem Hug” will be organized. Palestine and Israeli drummers who are playing together during the event, whipping up the audience and inviting them to dance, will get support from internationally famous musicians and singers. Prominent world leaders will also be approached to join the next ‘Jerusalem Hug”. Palestine and Israeli schoolkids will be present before the walls of the Old City to fly their “Kites for Peace” together.

In Holland the “Jerusalem Hug Foundation” will be established to apply for international support for further development of peace initiatives in Jerusalem. This will happen in close cooperation with the participating organizations in Jerusalem, the “Jerusalem Peacemakers” and the “Lovers of Jerusalem” and with institutions concerned in everywhere in the world. The “Jerusalem Hug Foundation” is inviting people who want to help and support us. Are you interested?

ONLY ONE RACE - THE GLOBAL GOVERNMENT OF HUMANITY

DISPOSITIONS

1 - To establish only one NATION of FREE BEINGS who recognize, accept and love themselves as they are; PURE LIGHT.

2 - To establish only one true RACE comprised of spiritually equal beings within the external multiplicity and to clear the pathway for the Divine Archetype of Man and Woman; the Androgynous Light.

3 - To establish only one RELIGION, comprised of consciously enlightened beings derived from the source-light of the FATHER-MOTHER-LOVE, thereby eliminating separatism between all Beings.

4 - To establish only one CURRENCY, thereby establishing the RHYTHMIC BALANCED INTERCHANGE of loving reciprocity between All Beings.

DISPOSITION 2

TO RE-ESTABLISH ONLY ONE RACE

The Divine Commander of Love permits you the understanding of this Divine Plan, even though it is very difficult for the human mind to overcome its racial barriers, which is no more than a shadow created by ignorance. It is recognized that LIFE IS ONE AND INDIVISIBLE, THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE CENTRAL PULSATING HEART OF ORDER, LIGHT AND LOVE, AND FROM THERE ALL OF LIFE EMANATES. Therefore, one has to accept that THERE IS ONLY ONE GREAT FAMILY, FORMED BY DIFFERENT TYPES OF ETHNIC PEOPLE, ALL BROTHERS AND SISTERS. THERE EXISTS ONLY ONE FATHER-MOTHER WHO, SINCE THE UNITY, HAS MADE POSSIBLE ITS WONDROUS MANIFESTATION, REMINDING MAN THAT EXTERNALLY TO THE SENSES, THERE APPEARS TO BE A GREAT DYNAMIC RANGE OF BEINGS. IN REALITY THERE IS ONLY ONE BEING.

One should comprehend that the FATHER-MOTHER has desired to manifest in external diversity, and attracting the attention of man towards his REAL ESSENCE. OUR ORIGIN IS ONE, UNIQUE AND UNIVERSAL, RECOGNIZING OUR LUMINOUS CONDITION. EACH PERSON STARTS FROM MULTIPLICITY IN SEARCH FOR UNITY THROUGH THE COHESIVE FORCE OF LOVE. RECOGNIZING THE FATHER-MOTHER IN ALL THEIR UNIVERSE, CHILDREN INEVITABLY MAKES ONE A COSMIC BROTHER AND SISTER, A CO-PARTICIPANT, IN THE DIVINE KINGDOM, WHEREBY DIVINE LOVE IS MANIFESTED IN EACH PARTICLE OF LIFE.

It is essential to realize that all races have their origin in the ALL-BEING. Through internal communication and assimilation of the energetic currents in all places on the planet, the manifestation of a specific Divine Radiation is facilitated, each becoming multiple channels of THE ALL-BEING, and as a result of this, the DIVINE ARCHETYPE, who gave you your origin, can manifest Himself through external form, and thus within the multiplicity THE DIVINE UNITY CAN MANIFEST THE PRESENCE OF THE FATHER-MOTHER LOVE.

It is essential to remember that each Being belonging to any race is surrounded by the Cohesive Force of Love. The Divine Light that expresses itself through external life will be able to energize the DIVINE ARCHETYPE within you.

That is how the Planet was populated, under the Divine Regency of Love, and under Its Divine Reign. The ONE Life flourished, becoming Free and Sovereign under the Regency of the FATHER-MOTHER.

AS IT WAS IN THE BEGINNING, SO IT IS NOW, because THE DIVINE ORDER MUST MANIFEST AND RETURN MAN TO HIS ORIGIN OF LIGHT IN ORDER TO AGAIN SHELTER HIM IN LOVE, AND WITH HIM EACH PARTICLE OF LIFE, BRINGING TO REMEMBRANCE THE BROTHERHOOD OF LIGHT THAT HE IS.

Because of the inner recognition of the Divine Plan of the FATHER-MOTHER, one should return TO THE DIVINE ORIGIN OF HIS INNER BEING, INDISCRIMINANT OF SKIN COLOR OR LANGUAGE.

AS ONE RACE WE ARE FREE IN THE LIBERTY THAT LOVE GIVES WITH THE INHERENT RIGHT ENABLING ONE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DIVINE GOVERNMENT ON A PLANET RULED BY LOVE.

THAT IS HOW IT IS; THAT IS HOW IT SHALL BE, in observance of the Divine Will and for the DIVINE REGENCY OF LOVE that shelters every man, woman and child; indifferent to color, place of birth or any other external consideration.

So, on this historic election day, my fellow peace bloggers, let us take the opportunity to reach out to someone. All across the world, let us be extra kind to someone we may not normally notice. Take an extra minute to listen to someone we usually never hear. Let's stand for a minute as we move from place to place and exhale, a peaceful breath. Let us remember to love through smiles and laughter, as often as we can!

I'd like to comment on Rumy's words, about true world peace beginning inside the individual i believe this wholeheartedly, another's words can have hidden meanings behind false smiles so waiting for another to lead the way because we liked what he/she may have said is to give away your own personal power, and so feed the ego of another. We must all look inside ourselves, find our own truths and live them, we can all be leaders by our examples. If we want Peace in the world, we must look for and find the peace within ourselves and then live that peace in our daily lives so others can see for themselves was beauty and peace we exude and look for that same beauty and peace within themselves.
