Another horrible day for humanity

WHY?

Please share your thoughts and feelings this morning.

No Room for Hate.

There is no room within my heart
for revenge, fire or hate
there is no room within my mind
for any thoughts like these.

I cannot find the words to say
just how it is I feel
but I know from deepest hurt
I must forgiveness find.

The hurt that’s been done to us
cuts sore like a knife,
but we must not, repay in kind
what has been done to us.

Instead we must try and find
the way that is so hard,
and reach out our loving hands
to find some friendship now.

There can be no more healing thing
than opening wide our eyes
and seeing that most other folk
are really just like us.

This first poem was written in memory of all those that died in 7/7 but equally applies to those who lost loved ones in other tragedies....

Because of my belief that We are One, in front of the pictures I'm pacifiing everything that I'm able to feel agressive or angry in me. I also do my best to dissolve all my beliefs about "Badness and Goodness" in order to really SEE the perfection of life and love ad to feel and incarnate Peace and Love on every level on my/our/The concciousness..

We all should work towards getting rid of all the hatred stored in our minds and hearts. Open your heart and mind and help fellow human beings. Pray for the the dear departed, who became innocent victims of this insane violence. Channelise all your energies to help heal the the injuries of all survivors of this carnage.
