Greetings, family!
Today is Tuesday, February 3, and our word for the day is "Believing."
Author Wayne Dyer writes about the impact that our beliefs have on our daily lives. Believe that you have all the resources you need to move your life in the direction of peace, happiness and nonviolence. Believe that you can be peaceful all day. Say to yourself, "I am peaceful, I practice nonviolence."
Today's affirmation: "Today, I strive to learn from my mistakes without self-criticism or judgment."
Today's recommended practice: Today I will write what I believe about nonviolence. I will create an "I Believe in Nonviolence" t-shirt, bumper sticker, song, or art, and be aware of the simple demonstrations of peaceful responses.
JEWISH PRAYER FOR PEACE
Come and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord;
That we may walk the paths of the Most High.
And we shall beat our swords into plowshares;
And our spears into pruining hooks;
Nation shall not lift up sword against nation;
Neither shall they learn war anymore;
And none shall be afraid.
PRAYER OF FORGIVENESS (Janis Kelly @2006)
I forgive everyone for everything;
I forgive myself as well;
I release the past, I embrace my now;
I am blessed, I am whole, I am free;
I am blessed, I am whole, I am free--
To express the deepest parts of me;
Free to explore my own divinity;
Free to expand my highest vision for myself;
Or I'm free to just accept me as I am!
I forgive everyone for everything;
I forgive myself as well;
I step forth in faith and gratitude;
I am blessed, I am whole, I am free;
I am blessed, I am whole;
I am blessed, I am whole;
I am blessed, I am whole;
I am FREE!
