Why is our heart full of so much love n warmth ready to give all the time, why is our mind confused and overcrowded with thoughts, never at peace. Why is there a constant war between the mind n heart all the time, a never ending conflict... Do we have an answer to all these questions!

Some of us listen our mind and some do what their heart tells them to do, mind is practical and rational and heart is emotional and always demanding. Mind will never take us the wrong way and heart will never take us the right way as said….but not true. Even mind can be destructive and can lead to madness if not used in the right way. What is needed is a balance between the two. We should listen to our heart because it shows us the true path to fulfill our dreams.…. nothing can be more satisfying than fulfilling our hearts desire as it gives us so much peace of mind. It is difficult to control our heart, while mind is so much easier to control ……but still most of us listen to our heart because it give us lot of happiness and peace forgetting the mind which is all the time chattering, never quiet and full of illusionary thoughts, Who doesn't want peace and pleasure in this world full of hardships and turmoil…

Therefore listen to your heart, move with it along with the mind and enjoy the journey and it will always take u on the right path… making a perfect combination of a beautiful mind and a loving heart…and the best way to master your mind is to silence the mind . All happiness and misery doesn't come from outside, its all in the mind and its up to us whatever we want to choose so control it before it controls u and find bliss in a contented state of mind and a desirable heart..
