Yes! I do know the 5 rhythm. What can I say. . . . The 5 rhythm have been my practice for the last 10 years or so. I don't know where I would be without them. How I would have come through a tough divorce. They have taught me so much about my self. The body has the answers, and keeps surprising me. Again and again. I now also do a bit of authentic movement. A different road. Eyes are closed, somebody minds you. no music, permission to the body to do , to move. An inward journey. Can be very deep too.
And what I live too is doing some contact improvisation if I have the chance.
It is even more about being in the moment. Being at home in your body - plus being here right now - plus being with others. Movement is initiated by contact - one movement leads to the next. It's wonderful. Have you done it?? Life is so rich.

Thanks for your warm comment. Yes I feel ipeace is a good thing, and I was inspired last night hearing of the "10 to the 100" project of Google. Then I came across another networking internet project http://www.intradeedge.com/postaplan.html, still not as developed as here. But all these things bring me such profound optimism that the great turning is happening. I visioned it like a great wave, that has finished it outward breath, and in now begining it's return, and in that turn around it is a great turning over as well.

Hi Bryony! I just came to your page to finally answer you kind note, only to find my friend Ruach already here. It's like coming into a room for the first time, and there sits a friend. I have been part of the stone circle building community. Life goes in circles. I am glad to be able to pass on the beautiful wisdom of ho'oponopono and to share my own experiences with it. It keeps getting better. with this teaching in my heart I do not slip back into any victim conciousness which is so liberating. If something upsetting happens I get a sense of that part of my soul that has created this experience - in whatever lifetime. I then direct love and forgiveness to that part. And of course, if something beautiful is happening, like right now this sense of connectedness, I send gratitude.

Peace building is like a formation of bees community to make honey. Needs time, a wide vew, and never forget mission, also if out there are serious and emergency problems!
Normally peoples are bringed here and there as woves...we, little bees, are flying here and there ..."going from flower to flower
spreading good, rich pollen..to impregnate other flowers Myron in my page.
