I wish to share this story to any of my reader.
An elderly chinese woman had two large pots, each hung on the end of a pole, which she carried across her neck. One of the pots had a crack in it, while the other pot was a perfect and always delivered a full portion of water. At the end of long walk from the stream to the house, the cracked pot arrived only half full.
For a full two years this went on daily, with the woman bringing home only one and a half pots of water. Of…

Some times I have to wonder....just what is "hope". Is it eternal optimism that all things will work out in due time? Is it a yearning for good things to suddenly appear on the horizon?
While both ideas seem plausible, it seems to me that hope is more synonomous with faith. I cannot realistically expect that life will be free of troubles. There are simply too many variables for that to hold true. Things completely out of my control can, and will, affect me in some form or fashion.…

Conectada contigo
como antes, como siempre
con todos los dedos en la escritura
mensaje liberado en pensamientos
un momento de unión,
se disipa la angustia,
calidez de luz por la ventana
aunque viva en la semi penumbra
se divierten los pensamientos
ríen contigo,
me tienes, te tengo, nos tenemos
llegas como un sedante
hecho de horizonte y mar
tengo resuelta la distancia
encontrados en nuestro… Continue

Greetings, family!
Today is Sunday, February 22, and the thought for today is HARMONY.
Choosing NOT to engage in any form of gossip today contributes to harmony. Choosing to see the good in others rather than finding fault leads to peaceful relationships. Look for the good in yourself and in others. By making these choices, we are contributing to a culture of nonviolence, we are being a model of peace.
Today: I will choose to see the good in others instead of…

One of my students asked the following question: ‘Why the planets or stars do not run in the others?’ The reason behind his question was the belief that all beings in nature must be guided by an external force system; this external force should have established the order and organisation in nature. I replied as follows: ‘Why do you not run into others when you are walking in the street? You do not bump around yourself, because your body is guided by the cells inside it.’
This kind of…

I found there are a lot of talented artists at Zazzle. Even though these artists are profiting on their products they are also helping to promote peace. Peace products can help bring a message of peace to those who wouldn't normally think about the importance Peace plays to the world!

"Three keys to more abundant living: caring about others, daring for others, sharing with others."
~ William Arthur Ward
"Faith is the daring of the soul to go farther than it can see"
~ William Newton Clarke
There are times in life that we run into situations where it is just not possible to plan ahead because the circumstances are outside our realm of experience or knowledge. In these times, we will not… Continue

This is A TRUE STORY AND IF YOU DON'T PASS THIS ON YOU DON'T HAVE A SOUL!!!
My name is Chris,
I am three,
My eyes are swollen.
I cannot see.
I must be stupid,
I must be bad,
What else could have made,
My daddy so mad?
I wish I were better,
I wish I weren't ugly,
Then maybe my mommy,
Would still want to hug me.
I can't do a wrong,
I can't speak at all,
Or else…

Why I am Proud of Native Culture
I am not a Native person but I am Proud none the less. I have read many stories, have written to many people and have explored many perspectives. The biggest thing that makes me Proud is how I feel in my heart. The more I learn, the more I love and that is what it is all about.
The entire culture is based on love and respect of all things. Everything is connected, everything is important and all things are a gift.
The…

Negative News is here again
Vibes of malice somehow reign
As those that buy from the paper stall
Encourage the desperate to commit all
Their acts of terror and violence
Knowing that headlines will commence
To publicise their cause and bring
More to take their side in sin
For crimes against one innocent
Are horrors we must aim to prevent
Let's join together in peace that…

"There are certain queer times and occasions in this strange mixed
affair we call life when a man takes this whole universe for a vast
practical joke, though the wit thereof he but dimly discerns, and more
than suspects that the joke is at nobody's expense but his own."
- Herman Melville: Moby Dick

To sow the seeds of pure feelings constantly is to experience positive
fruit. When my feelings are constantly positive and pure, there is no
expectation of the fruit to emerge immediately. Even if others are not
able to respond to the positivity or if situations are not according
to my expectations, there is still the feeling of giving. So there is
this positivity expressed through the vibrations spread around and in
every word and action. The more I am able to…

Being Reflectively aware
Prompts an inner stare
A view into you where
Your options glare
When you recognize that everything you are encountering is a reflection of your own state of mind, each of change, healing, and full appreciation becomes a real possibility.
The nature of existence then is reflection. Herein lies a critical step in recognition. Recognition facilitates awakening.
hint: there is no such thing as soul mates, groups of…
