My Thoughts Soar

My Thoughts Soar

My thoughts soar on wings

Like leaves drifting on a soft breeze

The warm sun upon the pedals

Of a wild flower blooming upon the forest floor

My thoughts soar on wings

Set free to drift from soul to soul

To awaken

To touch

To sooth

My thoughts soar on wings

Soft warm wings of an angel

Taking flight with the glory of a… Continue

Van Gets Ripped, or The Sleep of Unreason

Harvest Fest

Marijuana legalization activists and their supporters on the East coast were to meet at Camp Minglewood in the Catskills, a couple of hours north of New York, for the Harvest Festival & Freedom Rally, on 9 Oct. It was an opportunity too good to be missed. Our hosts from the Woodstock Museum, Shelli Lipton and Nathan Koenig, had booked us a spot at the Festival. They had also booked us into a bunkhouse, with 10 bunk… Continue

Serenity

Calmness of mind is one of the beautiful jewels of wisdom. It is the result of long and patient effort in self-control. Its presence is an indication of ripened experience, and of a more than ordinary knowledge of the laws and operations of thought.

A man becomes calm in the measure that he understands himself as a thought evolved being, for such knowledge necessitates the understanding of others as the result of thought, and as he… Continue

Empowering Meditation Tips

1. Allow yourself to be exactly the way you are.

The moment we stop deeply, and relax completely, we can look inside. Then we will discover the infinite presence and essence of our eternal being who is always present. By letting you and your ego be exactly as they are, you stop getting caught in the mind’s eternal trap of desire. You discover pure freedom. Some people will need to sit silent for weeks, months or even years (if their mind is deeply chaotic) to alleviate this… Continue

Meditation

"Meditation is absolutely necessary for those who want to have a better and more fulfilling life. If you feel that you are satisfied with what you have and what you are then you need not enter into the field of meditation. But if you feel that there is a barren desert deep inside your heart, then meditation is the answer. Meditation will give you inner joy and peace of mind."

Pure Awareness

Pure awareness is our essence. It is core of our being. It is core of every being. Variety of thoughts cloud the mind and mask the pure awareness which is our true nature. When the frequency of thoughts reduces, mind becomes silent, pure awareness alone shines.

The state of pure awareness reveals itself in between two thoughts, two breaths, between dreaming and waking state or between waking and sleeping state. By paying attention to this… Continue

BANQUET OF LIFE

BANQUET OF LIFE

By Mary Cook, M.A., R.A.S.

Our earliest experiences with nourishment have a significant effect on our desire to live and ability to thrive in life. How we are fed as infants and children stimulates blissful or stressful feelings. How long we must wait to be fed, following hunger pains, and to what degree we absorb, digest and make use of necessary nutrients, are important factors in our sense of safety and comfort.

The emotional and mental… Continue

Given the world’s problems, should we resign ourselves to smallness? ~Dan Pallotta

As October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, we have seen the power of the pink ribbon in cause marketing campaigns everywhere. With this cause marketing, we are seeing the blended and blending line between nonprofits and brands, causes and corporations, marketing and messages, for-profits and nonprofits and the changing landscape of philanthropy. As we enter a new era of the conscious consumer,… Continue

Joining in To Be One With The World and All Of Life

Hello Dear Friends, Being human we are the most capable of life to transpose and create change in our world. It is my thought that the more unity that we can create among ourselves and with the earth, the more peace we absorb within, all the more power on spirit and energy we have to bond together in and with for the benefit of the entire world.

Just to say I love you

o Hug Certificate for You If I could catch a rainbow

I would do it just for you

and share with you its beauty

on the days you're feeling blue.

If I could build a mountain

you could call your very own;

a place to find serenity,

A place to be alone.

If I could take your troubles

I would toss them in the sea,

But all these things I'm finding

are impossible for me.

I can't build a… Continue

IMMEDIATE CURE FOR FLU, INFLUENZA or GRIPPA or ANY OTHER KIND OF FLU.

When the very first symptoms of flu occur like: shivering, raised temperature, fevers, runny nose, cracking bones, sneezing, first the first thing to do is to:

1. get yourself a tooth of garlic

2. peel it from the outer skin

3. neatly trim the layer of the thin inner skin to make it more effective

4. cut in half and place each half in every of your nostrils

Hehehehe. I know it sounds very unpleasant but that is how it… Continue

ONE

I wrote this probably about 6 or 7 years ago when I was really just starting to understand the power of our thoughts.

Someone told me I had something to give you, I'm not really sure who it was; they told me I had something to offer, individually for the One.

How could this be.... was it only a dream... how could I get this done? I'm sure I have something to give you but I am only One.

One life tucked away in obscurity; one soul without fortune or fame;… Continue

Peroxide is a miracle cure

I live in a jungle area and use peroxide everytime I have a scratch.
Staf infections are a problem here and peroxide stops any infection I have
treated and is a great preventative.

So when I got an email about how peroxide stops any flu I wasn't surprised.
This method is simple and I will try it the moment I get a symptom.
Pour peroxide into your ear while lying on your side and leave in for 5 minutes.
Then repeat procedure on your opposite ear.

"What if the people of the world made the decision that they were not going to fight..."

Thank you, Tina, for that question,

What, indeed!

This is a question for the near twenty one thousand friends here, all talking about peace. Peace is the outcome of the realisation of our prior (not just previous, but for always) underlying unity.

Killing who seems like a threat to us is no way to peace. Yet this is the reality in the world at large. Escaping from this "current reality" into personal peace is turning our backs on the suffering of half of our… Continue
