The most stressful time may be when Venus exactly aligns (transits) the Sun, and there is a full Moon. There is a partial eclipse as well. In 2009 when Earth was close to Venus, there were three minor earthquakes and one volcanic eruption plus flooding in the mid-west. In October of 2010 when Venus overtakes Earth watch what happens.
