I'm so glad to know you are a yoga teacher, it must be so difficult teach in other language, specially japanese. So, you found the way, speaking a heart language, that is the truly yoga language. Congratulations!

thanks Maryse. I do enjoy Yoga breathing exercises and tai chi but not enough atm I think. I have started having acupunture/massage each fortnight and am sure that will help by itself and to encourage me to practice those things I enjoy and are so helpful.

love the music, thank you! ..... i went on a free tibet march in london earlier this year. sadly a lot of the world closes its eyes to what has happened and continues to happen there...... peace, love and light to the people of this planet.. x

I sometimes wonder how the south east of England manages to be in a world of its own - totally out of touch with nature and life! But then I look around, and I see the beauty which surrounds me, even here. :-)
