Innocent seafarers in jail

Two Indian seafarers - Capt. Jaspreet Chawla & Syam Chetan are languishing in Korean prisons. They are from the vessel - Hebei Spirit which was damaged by a Samsung crane barge a year ago. The accident resulted in a lot of oil from the Hebei Spirit spilling into the ocean. The court of inquiry found the seafarers innocent and exonerated them of any wrong doing.
