Merlin’s Chakra Meditation
Centre yourself by focusing on your breathing for a few moments……..release any tension you are holding in the body…..just let it flow away with every out breath… ……focus on your base chakra……….visualise a red ball of light rotating steadily….rhythmically…………………………….then move up to your sacral.. ..and an orange light rotating ……..smoothly……efficiently……………now your solar plexus……….see a yellow ball of light…..rotating in balance and harmony.. ………………………….on up…

I have been teaching a Fundamentals of Speech course now for 1 1/2 weeks at California State University, Domingues Hills. The students are interesting and interested and the topic, I think, suits me! I love teaching classes that are more substantive and intellectual - but there is so much value in a course aimed at improving students' overall ability to communicate and feel self-confident. Maybe that was what drew me so much to teaching theater in the first place. I love to watch people push…

"Strong lives are motivated by dynamic purposes"
~ Kenneth Hildebrand
"The pure impulse of dynamic creation is formless; and being formless, the creation it gives rise to can assume any and every form."
~ Kabbalah
Within the heart of each of us smolders an interior fire that can flair up and excite us to act with vivacity and diligence. This flame burns away the doubts, feelings of incapacity and… Continue

quote:
White Light is the doorway to the Original Innocence of all Souls
It connects us through twelve prisms or streams of Light to the energy of our Christed Overself of the Light, the Highest Light of Who We Are, within the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God. These twelve prisms of Light are our Twelve Higher Selves of the Light. In choosing to experience the Universe in individuation, these Twelve Higher Selves form twelve starry streams of Light, connecting us…

I joined this community in hope to find something different, and some kind of place where people can talk regardless of where and who they are.
however i found out that peace is not the agenda of most people here, but spamming people with belief systems, and political causes that conflict with my own inner peace.
i came to find friends and peace, i found annoying spammers.
so unwillingly i will shortly remove myself from this community which does not live up to…

Continue

Many people I come across want peace and happiness but both are scarce in the world.Do we understand why?Almost every one has sincere views and good views,a genuine desire but if you ask,the majority will feel uncertain and unsure if there is PEACE IN THE WORLD.
Are we able to understand what has caused this feeling of absence of peace? Some blame religion and others greed.I think it is being on the extreme ends of views and forcing your views on others, looking at everything from one's own…

The Birth of Tomorrow
Tomorrow is born within our dreams,
But is nothing until you awake
Some may like to languish in slumber
When their future may then be at stake
A refreshing time for our grey cells
Can bring much fresh vigour and spark
Leaving behind old aches and anguish
We emerge to the bright song of the lark
And whether we strive just for our own ends
Or begin a new task that helps all
The knowledge we share with…

Greetings, family!
Today is Tuesday, February 3, and our word for the day is "Believing."
Author Wayne Dyer writes about the impact that our beliefs have on our daily lives. Believe that you have all the resources you need to move your life in the direction of peace, happiness and nonviolence. Believe that you can be peaceful all day. Say to yourself, "I am peaceful, I practice nonviolence."
Today's affirmation: "Today, I strive to learn from my mistakes without…

Tu agotamiento mata tus…

NO MORE WAR!
No more no more, no more to war
That perverted twisted self defense
No more no more no more to hate
That evil that devours the soul
No more no more, no more to racism
That infamous tool of officialdom
that drives men mad
No more no more, no more to insanity
That forces a woman to give birth at a border
children to play with stones and cluster bombs
men young and old to strip in the street
and people everywhere to…

Sharing Clarity # 6
By Diane L. Perretto
I Didn't Know I had it in Me!
The familiar phrase, "I didn't know I had it in me," shows a recognition of one who realized they possessed something because they were able to give it away. This points to the greater truth that "giving is receiving." We receive what it is we give away and by this we realize we had it all along!
The intangibles in our life such as patience, courage, kindness, tolerance, empathy and love are…

Greetings, family, and happy Groundhog's Day!
Neile Donald Walsch's message for today says this: "On this day of your life, dear friend, I believe God wants you to know.......that you should hope to see your shadow today. It
might be the best thing that ever happened to you."
But I digress, as the real point of this blog entry is to share about Day 4 of the Season For Nonviolence. Today's word is "Caring," and the affirmation that accompanies it is, "Today, I affirm…

I saw a news report recently on ABC News, about a little known place called Swat Valley in northwest Pakistan. It used to be a tourist haven not long ago, a ski resort, but has been transformed of late into something quite different. The news video showed a father carrying his son’s limp body in his arms, after a mortar attack. The boy would not survive, nor would his sister. Masked men could be seen dumping mutilated bodies in the town square. One of these men was beating a man with a wooden…

" Mourning Thoughts of Israel-Gaza "
What words could gather and arrange themselves
as an Orchestra..And somehow play the music..
Of the pain of this task once hidden..But beginning
now to be so slowly..revealed before me and You..
To stand at the intersection of conflict unarmored
Dressed only in the tenacity and the perseverance
of will..To be a willing target of hate..and…

Here are some quotes that serve me well. I treasure them and thank the one who raised me and who provided the framework for my thinking in those crucial formative years. I intend to keep adding to them over time.
"People mistakedly assume that their thinking is done by their head; it is actually done by the heart which first dictates the conclusion, then commands the head to provide the reasoning that will defend it."
... Anthony De Mello
"The highest reward for a…
